but how do you know if backeria or yeast? i always feel really bad with die off when i take something that kills yeast. the yeast antibody siliva test always comes back positive. if its candia and not bad bacteria then taking antibodies would put me back months and turn me back into the zommbie i was two years ago.i really like to have a go at this after 4 years of being ill. i might try and couple of weeks with Iodine soluation that kills good backeria bad and yeast then the baby poo . its so hard to know what to do for the best sometimes!
