Re: Fasting from fat prior to cleanse?

I've done a total of four liver flushes. Before the third cleanse I did a seven-day juice fast. I found that fasting greatly increased the number and size of stones that came out. Fasting is hard work, but I found it was well worth the effort. Tweet
