Re: 8th liver cleanse... in progress
Hi Angela and other fellow cleansers,
HPS online is definatly not for everyone. It does cost more than just buying the psyllium and bentonite. But cleansing is a process. It might take a year or even two to undo the damage that a person has inflicted upon himself from years of bad eating habits.
I am not knocking the psyllium and bentonite. That is what I used, along with herbs to support my system. I also bought a colenema board to give myself colemenas twice a day to move out the crud that was being gathered together from the psyllium shakes and bentonite.
I'm not sure what you mean about being pushed on that site. I visited it for about two months reading people's posts before deciding that it was something I wanted to do. There is a support system while you are going through your week long cleanse. You also have support before and after the cleanse if you have questions. The guy that moderates the site has done over 800 cleanses on himself over about a twenty year span. That is why he charges for his services. If you were to go to a spa (which I probably would not do-now you are talking big bucks)it might cost about $1000 for one week of cleansing, meals, instruction on correct eating habits, etc. Not to mention the airfare to get there. This online program costs $200 for almost a year of guided support, emails teaching you how to make the changes that you need to make to be healthy, audio talks, etc. The recommended products are tried and true with good results-no guesswork on your part to wonder if they will work for you. It is not for everyone, but it is a great program with great results.
Regards,
Tisha
