8th liver cleanse... in progress

Hello fellow cleansers,

I am getting ready to drink my 10:00 pm dose of oil/juice. I did my e.s. earlier this evening and have been visiting the bathroom frequently. I already saw one stone from my first run to the bathroom :). I decided to do a water colonic to help clean myself out.

I am curious about my results this time. This is my 8th cleanse, but I have not done one in about 3 months. I was concentrating on doing a Colon Cleanse using an internet supported colon cleansing group called HPS-online. It was really a good experience. I will be doing another Colon Cleanse with this group at the end of October.

I have felt for about three weeks that I wanted to do another liver cleanse. I just haven't seemed to have the time. Today I made time.

It will be interesting to see what happens since I have not done a liver cleanse since my colon cleanse. Plus I have a few months of eating healthier under my belt :). I am planning to do a coffee colenema later tomorrow. That is something that I have not done on the past cleanses.

I'll let you know tomorrow what happens.
