Well, you just admitted one thing------That you are a human being. I think we all try to eat right and do the right things, but our human nature just sways us to go by the wayside ever so often. So, if you are feeling badly about not eating right, don't. We have all "been there, done that!" We just begin another day and start over. (and vow never to eat like that again!) Ha

In regard to the CoQ-10 and pets, I do not have an answer. But, if you and I can take 3,000 milligrams (and I have done that more than once) and that won't hurt us, I would think a few hundred milligrams wouldn't hurt your pet. Yes, you can pick up parasites from your pets that are in the house. Kinda scary, isn't it? Now, if I remember correctly, Dr. Clark gives you a parasite recipe for your pets.
