pepa . .personal acne experience. and cleanse .

hey, i was wondering about all these cleanses and stuff..

uhh, well.. erm... what way are they supposed to come out?
and does it hurt a lot? i cant really picture myself pissing out 50 stones :S .. i think that would hurt. but apparently thats the way it works huh? well, whats the intensity on the pain?

pepa, i actually have Acne now.. and bags(meaning water retention) .. so im wondering what to do about this too.. i went to that site, but the problem is my mom wont order that because its online. could you share some idea's with me?
