To southern belle Pushkin Ptree and all other veteran "cleansers"

Hi guys, please tell me if the cleanse I put up is worth a dime??? Since you guys are pretty experienced with all this, and I'm just a novice, I value your opinions and stories, and I'm asking your advice if you think this version of the cleanse is worth the trouble, or if its just asking for trouble...
