Re: Cleaning things out

Hi Countrymom,

You need to address the cleanse in the manner I first posted and go from there. I m not familiar with this company so I cannot give my opinion on what may or may not be in thier formulas.

If you feel that you need to see a doctor then maybe you should. It wouldn't hurt to hear what they have to say. You don't have to take their advice or any medicine but if you have a good doctor that will listen to you and is there to see the problems and run some tests you may get some good advice. You can always find an ND that can help you with the herbs as well.

You can continue with the cleansing but take it step by step so you don't overwhelm the body...you can get good results without the trama to the organs if you take it a little slower and use effective formulas that are gentle and promote wellness not harsh reactions.

Cleansing should be a spiritual and emotional experience as well as physical. Meditate, do yoga, walk, read a wonderful book, etc... this will help with the stress and assist your cleanse in a positive way. Breath deeply and think positive thoughts. What we think and feel surrounds us in our lives. Put fresh flowers by your bedside and smile...

Namaste,

Kelley

I do wish you good luck and much happiness on your journey to good health.

Namaste,

Kelley
