And YES it is absolutely essential to be on a good antiparasite product for at least two weeks before the first flush. And don't worry about the flushes they will save your life. I prefer the Olive oil, lemon and coke flush but most people on this site don't agree. I've done hundreds of them. Yes, they saved my life. Yes, stress will cause problems. Find a way to mentally deal with it. Plenty of things out there to do. Hypresensitivity (Allergies) IS liver. Usually more of a plumbing problem than nutritional.
