As far as I know nobody swallows black sunflower seeds without chewing them. Are you sure that you have been swallowing those seeds?

If you have been chewing your seeds, then this what you got are NOT seeds of sunflower ... theese are seeds (read eggs) of tapeworm.

It is time for you to do full parasites cleanse!!!
