Re: Actions speak louder than words right?
Move out.
You actions are reprehensible. And they do speak volumes.
Two wrongs don't make a right.
What did her dog ever do to anyone in this sad story?
I agree with all the excellent posts here.
Once you move out, take time to consider you life, and how you are living, and how you want it to be.
One thing I read makes so much sense for you here: (loose recollection)
"What parents or brothers or anyone has done, should not affect how you are, becasue in doing that, you are allowing them to dictate and control your life."
By reacting in a shameful or angry way, you are using your life in a negative manner.
Change to a more peaceful you. You have a chance - for many it is far more complicated. For others, sadly, they realize this after years of chaos.
Animals are innocent creatures. Please do not make your mom's dog the object of your anger.
Maybe call the fire dept. and ask if they can speak to your brother about how dangerous it is to leave the can of gasoline lying about?
Move out. if you are old enough, and don't let your past become your future.
