First of all, my stones were not calcified (hard), which means they won't show up on x-ray. Are your's calcified?

Secondly, how did it happen without pain? I believe the ducts relax and enlarge due to the Epsom Salts . I did the Hulda Clark flush, listed on this forum. I used grapefruit juice shaken with olive oil, not lemon as described. The lemon is too harsh for me. ON my first flush I felt a little wee bit of pain near the appendix area, which I believe is where the stones empty into the colon, from my layman's understanding of human physiology.

In no way am I a doctor or suggesting that this is the right thing for you, but if the doc indicates you need your gallbladder out anyway, it can't hurt can it? The worst that could happen is emergency surgery. I read one post about this. But there are SO many other posts of ppl successfully passing stones, many many larger than 5/16". Do spend some time on this board and then you'll have more information to make the right decision for you.

One thought for me was, hey, the flush only consists of food anyway, which we already eat (except for the Epsom Salts , but they are just a laxative).
