A Morning Person? I have been amazed how regulated my sleep and wakeful hours have been since taking iodine. Even as a child I would want to sleep late in the mornings and stay up late at night. It continued into my teen years and then into adulthood. I hated waking in the morning tired, with no get-up-and-go power. It would take me hours (plus lots of coffee) just to get me mentally functional for the day. I get so much more done now.
Going to sleep at night was torturous just laying there with my mind going to one thing and then another and now I fall asleep within 30 minutes (or less) instead of 4-6 hours later.
So can we say that Iodine can change a persons whole life? :) (refreshed 48124)
