How do you do a kidney cleanse?

I would like to know how to do a kidney cleanse and if it can be done at the same time as a parasite cleanse. I've been reading the questions and answers in this forum for a week now and I'm excited to begin. I've already bought what I need for my parasite cleanse but I'm not sure how to do the kidney or if it can be done at the same time...I want yo get to my liver cleanse as soon as possible!
