Can I do a parasite and kidney clense at the same time?

Before I do my Liver Flush Im going to do a parasite and kidney cleanse. Can I do them at the same time? Also, I would like some comments from people who have done these as to where they got the ingredients. Do you have to buy them online? I noticed the cleanse packages are quite expensive. Is there a less expensive way?
