Re: Grounded enough?

Oh,the pepper is pre-grounded (sorry for the mis-print) I was just wondering for my system in particular does it need to be any finer. Has anyone ever experienced this before? i am also having gas problems. My stomach gurgles alot and I stayed up all last night burping and passing gas. I thought the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning would take care of it. Nope, it's still happening. Is this normal as well? This is my 2nd cleanse and this is the first for both of these symptoms.
