The Humaworm can make some people constipated. Must drink more water then normal to help off set that. And I found that I had to use more OxyPowder then I normally use on the OP maintainance program. I would suggest taking the OP before bed. Maybe start off with 2 capsuls and see if that is enough to get you going again, if not take 3 the next night. But you might need to take 2 or 3 every other night to keep things flowing or another way is to take 1 or 2 every night before bed.

So the long answer to your question is the 2 products are compatable per Humaworm
and if you normally take your 2nd Humaworm 1/2 hour or more before dinner, then you would take OP 2 to 4 hours after dinner or before bed.
