I plan on starting the 30 day Humaworm cleanse tomorrow and have 2 questions. I tend to have a sluggish digestive system and want to know if it is ok to take a couple of capsules of DR Schulze intestinal formula I while on humaworm. I realize humaworm has a colon cleanser in it and the ingredients appear to be similar to Dr Schulze. Just want to maximize and not have this crap get trapped in me.
Secondly is it ok to take oil of oregano internally while doing humaworm?? I have been taking 2 drops per day and wanted to complete 30 days. Thanks in advance!!

And excuse if the answers are here, I just this post and added my question,
but what we be the suggestion for taking any other supplements that one might normally take in the morning, like adrenal herbs? Would I take th humaworm first and then wait 1/2 hour before taking anything else? Food I understand you wait at least 1/2 hour after, but what about other herbs, do they need a 1/2 hour later also?
Or should they come first and then the humaworm next/

This is a reply to # 838,875Hello - OxyPowder is fine, it actually works the same as epsom salts. Take your HUMAWORM first - then eat, then take your other supplements. Thanks!

For the first two days it was great, totally cleaned me out. On the third day, it looked like I passed the Humaworm pills undigested. I took the Oxypowder a few hours after the humaworm so watch out.

This is a reply to # 840,395Thanks..I have the Oxypowder ready to go should I need it. I tend to get constipated easily. So far so good. I too wondered about the timing of oxypowder as to not pass the humaworn capsules whole or not absorbed.

This is a reply to # 840,657Wow, I've purchased Oxypowder too, planning to start that once my Huma was done. But now it's day 13 and I'm a bit constipated and was reading these posts to find a solution. I know these posts are a bit old and I sure don't want to flush out the Huma undigested. I'm wondering if you make sure to take Huma many hours apart from Oxy if that would help? Man, the Oxy must be potent stuff!

The Humaworm can make some people constipated. Must drink more water then normal to help off set that. And I found that I had to use more OxyPowder then I normally use on the OP maintainance program. I would suggest taking the OP before bed. Maybe start off with 2 capsuls and see if that is enough to get you going again, if not take 3 the next night. But you might need to take 2 or 3 every other night to keep things flowing or another way is to take 1 or 2 every night before bed.
So the long answer to your question is the 2 products are compatable per Humaworm
and if you normally take your 2nd Humaworm 1/2 hour or more before dinner, then you would take OP 2 to 4 hours after dinner or before bed.
