Just another quick thought.. all so far sounds so great..however, .. i wll advise.. as a professional in nutrition....please do the vegeatarian route for the short term.. a man of your size, build, health conditions and blood type to boot...needs to ideally add back in lean meat, fish, poultry, eggs etc.. and yeah on the lots of veggie and certainly some vegetarian meals.. but to go vegetarian long term is often met with lots of complications... it takes a very strong, dedicated.. to the kitchen to really stick to the balance of protein to essential fatty acid to the minerals if one is not eating a ton of the right kinds of meals that are necessary to be a good vegetarian.. short and sweet.. good luck
