Usually digesting fat (good fats like oils), makes one less hungry. Fats take longer to digest. What else are you eating? 14 TBS of oil is around 1700 calories (give or take 50-100 cal.). An additional 2300 calories on top of that is A LOT. Hence, the weight gain.
Replace some of your meals with fruits/raw veggies. Eat nuts or fatty fruit (i.e., avocado, coconuts, olives)to get both good fats and the benefits of fruit at once. Drink water/herbal teas when you feel the need to eat. Cut back on the amout of TBS. 2-3 are enough. Switch the oils around so you get some variety if that's what you want.
