I got on scale and gained 4 pounds...
and could not figure out what was different. Well, I was pouring olive oil from one container to the other and happened to check the calories. OMG, I was sooo not thinking about that.
I started taking 14 T. of different oils (2 oz.). Well, duh, if I am still eating, which I am and ingest that many T. of oil, at approximately 200 cal. per T, I have added to my diet around 2,800 cals! Ughhhh!!!!
So, obviously I need to lower that number UNLESS someone can help me figure out a way to continue the Ts. and do something different, in another way. I have started walking a half hour (when on lunch, at work) a day. Yet over 4000 cals cannot be consumed unless I exercise MUCH more.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks and have an Inspiring evening!
