I think you should do another flush. The pressure could just be gas, but maybe not. If the cystic duct or common bile duct is plugged, it could very well feel that way. I have experienced exactly what you are describing and done another flush within a day or two. It has always provided relief. Hope it does with you too. By-the-way, I just completed my 30th flush and for the first time, got almost nothing out. Well over 6,000 stones have come out of my liver. Now that has to be a "good thing."
