Hello! I must tell you that I am a novice at this too! However; a year ago I read this article on parasites. So I got turned onto the parasite/colon cleanse thing. I had fantastic restults. (I passed mucoid plaque for about 6 weeks). I have been in search for better health for a long time. I just never felt 100%. Some days better than others. During the colon cleanse, I had some very rough days but it got better. But it just never was 100%. So I was so excited to find articles on Liver Flushing and this forum. I thought, yep this is the missing link. I am so grateful to those that have given me their feedback that I feel that I can make it through now. I had mentioned it was like opening a can of worms and I know I can't turn back now. I have had incredible foggy brain for a few years. It comes and goes. I look in the mirror and my skin is just yuk! No other way to put it. But after 3 flushes even that is improving. I did Super Phos30 first and then 5 days later I thought I was dying on the vine. 3 weeks later, I did Hulda Clark 's recipe. Then 5 days later, the same thing. Then last week, Hulda Clark again. Today......the same thing. But after reading Lynn's post and Juniper Berry's post, I know I can do it. I think I passed about 400 stones by now. Best of luck to you.
