To Kelly: can you tell me what type of flush you did

Hi Kelly. I am new to this and have just started my first liver cleanse/flush today (the Dr. Schulze plan). I found your post interesting and was wondering if you wouldn't mind telling me more of your condition and more of what type of flush you did first.
