I don't think you need to panic.
First of all, there's a wide range of overlaps between male and female characteristics.
PCOS is very common -- about 10% of the female population have it to some extent.
With PCOS many characteristics more commonly associated with males (beard growth, body hair, balding etc.) are NORMAL.
A large clitoris is generally considered desirable.
With a bit of help, a majority of women with PCOS eventually conceive and carry a baby to term, though it's a bit more difficult than for other women.
In a nutshell, the answer is to revise your expectations of what you "should" be like and accept that for you (and for many millions of other women) many allegedly "male" characteristics are actually perfectly normal. Millions of women shave their face every day. If you're very keen to have a child, then go for treatment which may help make that possible and don't worry too much about the other aspects.
