Re: Website scaring people to not "flush" (chetday.com)
I believe that for majority of people, flush is more safe then doing nothing!
In other words, chances of experiencing stone stuck are higher if you just sit there and do nothing, then if you do flush.
Even if you go on special diet (low fat, good foods only) ... you may still get worse then if you do flush.
But, there is no doubdt in my mind that someone out there is going to encounter a problem when doing a flush.
So, I believe that sites that are scaring people to not "flush" are more wrong then right.
Of 1000 people trying flush, 1 may experience stone stuck and pain. over 900 may improve health and 100 may not have any positive health improvement.
So, those sites are 900 times more "wrong" then "right".
I found one web site here:
http://chetday.com/gallbladderflushes.htm
It's kind-of "alternative-minded" site, but talking bad about liver flush.
Here is his email: chet@chetday.com
I suggest that we all who have first hand experience e-mail him and ask him to first examine stories posted in this forum, and then publish that "scare" letter written by Dr. Kevin Murray, ND, LAc
I am email-ing him now!
I am going to ask him if he suggest to all site visitors to "NOT do any of the" things described on his web site (diet, supplements) just because one out of 1000 may experience problems?
