Re: Wow, those stones really flowed!
Hi Brenda,
Sorry to hear of your suffering symptoms. I know it's uncomfortable and I do encourage you to do a
Liver Flush in accordance with the methods described on this website.
To answer your questions:
The "MC Fast" is the well known Master Cleanser approach to fasting. It's in a little yellow paperback
book at many health food stores if you'd like your own copy go get it or have the store order it for you. I
recall that it's normally about $5. I've given away a dozen over the past 6 years as gifts to friends. Or,
it's linked to this "curezone.com" website somewhere on the "bowel cleanse" topic pages. You'll have
to hunt around a little to find it.
The "MC ritual" is merely my cute way of referring to the standard daily procedure you'll do when following
The Master Cleanser fast.
The "Sea salt flush" is described in the book (I've never encountered it anywhere else in health books) and
is used to rinse the bowels each morning when fasting in lieu of doing an enema. I'm not into enemas so the
sea salt method is great for me.
I suggest you do a lot of reading on all the inter-related sections on cleansing and detoxification on this website
and then get busy. My wife and I have been doing this fast for years and always marvel at how greart we feel
afterward. It helps to make up for many "little sins". The order for all the various cleansing steps is spelled out
on this site and I think it's wise to follow it as it leads to less discomfort and overall distress.
Fasting is easy once you learn that it is more of a mental challenge than a physical one. The only thing standing
between you and excellent health is taking that challenge. The first 2-3 days are the toughest and you may have
to tough-out some hunder pangs, but after that you're on your way. Go get the
Master-Cleanse information and get to it!
Good luck!
