Wow, those stones really flowed!

Hello and many thanks to all who responded to my "distress call" yesterday. You're a sympathetic,
helpful and knowledgeable bunch. Thanks for taking the time to write thoughtful and thorough responses.

Today is a new day. My Master-Cleanse fast continues and will go on for a minimum of 14 days, total, which means
4 more days. After being quite ill yesterday (ref. my earlier post here), I normalized my internals by drinking
one 10oz glass of freshly juiced carrot juice for dinner...because I was still too ill to touch the lemon/maple
concoction. This morning, upon arising, I did my normal Seasalt flush as part of the Master-Cleanse ritual. Lo and behold,
hence came the stones!!!

I passed hundreds of tan colored stones along with lots and lots of similar looking tomato seed sized pieces.
Once again, yesterday's failure is tomorrow's success. Despite the misery I endured, my liver feels great today
SO much better than it felt prior to the flush. I had been suffering a feeling of fullness and pressure in my liver
and an uncomfortable feeling of pressure just below where my ribs meet in the middle of my abdomen.

Today, all that is gone and I feel great. I will be dong another Liver Flush in two weeks but, if I can't tolerate the
Dr. HC recipe, I may have to try another version. I'll write a post based on the results of my next attempt.
