Re: Mixing various vegetables and fruits - Not Good?
Well it's a bit more coming into play like acid and alkaline competition, enzyme competition and neutralization, fermentation of the high
Sugar fruit when slowed down even a bit, also many who are interested in
juicing will enjoy greater benefit as in food combining where energy is not wasted but rather conserved by taking in the nutrition in the most responsible way allowing it to go straight to the cells and bathe them in nutrients without having to use excess energy to separate acid alkaline or suffer neutralizations of enzymatic activity etc...
There is also energetic effect I consider whereas fruits are mostly light and lifting whereas veggies are denser and more grounding.
Root veggies have different energy and usually lots of
Sugar so I avoid them carrots and beets jump in my mind. They cause insulin spikes very easily and energetically are weird for me. I find the general rule of adding a bit of apple to veggie juice works just fine. Fruit is way to much
Sugar for me and I appreciate veggies better by finding good mixes and really tasting the veggies and not just craving sugar.
