Wow...it is true that detox happens on all levels.
It sounds like your fast has taken you to where
you dared not go before...

I wish you the strength and the courage to stand
in front of yourself and others and speak to the
truth of your realizations. It is not easy to leave
your comfort zone but that you have begun your path
to healing and wellness, you have done something
which down the road will be better for you than any
bowl of carbs certainly, and the relationship which
no longer serves you.

Post cleanse, I can recommend a series of liver
flushes. The liver is the seat of emotion and if
you flush it, you will find you feel better about
the choices you are making.

My longer cleanses have focused on emotional detox
and shifting behaviors and especially facing how
I used food to numb my feelings. I have gained
control and *own* my choices now. I also make
better choices which more often than not, say YES
to me. I do not stuff my feelings or my face like
I used to and layer by layer, I am finding my
emotional wellspring of courage and self-determination.
I have found that my happiness and peace are a better
beacon and reflection of who I am, and those who
resonate with me, can see my light, and come to
support me and enjoy the friendship and love I have
to offer.

I do not know how much further you plan to fast,
but from your sharing, even with the wave of
emotional pain you are riding, I would say you
are fast becoming a success story. Keep up the effort
and release all fear.
