That all looks pretty good...although I eat less during the Undereating phase, being younger does have it's advantages ;-) The Overeating phase, spaced out over 4 hours, might work better for you if within that time you eat 2-3 times. You should still adhere to the macronutrient order (proteins, fats, later carbs), but if I'm eating a 3rd time I might have a few more carbs (bowl of cereal, etc.) Try and include some nuts in your diet...almonds, etc.
Give yourself another month and see how things ago, you may eat less during Undereating phase, or more, depending how your body handles it. I know a few MMA fighters that who use the Warrior Diet, and with that much activity your body will tell you in short order what it wants. Good Luck.
