i go boxing 4-5 times a week .. weight training about 3 times a week.
i drink lotsa water throughout the UE phase, id eat only fruits like watermelon, bananas, melon, etc. then cottage cheese, yogurt for dairy products. and then salads w/1 hardboiled egg. i have coffee when i wake up and before working out too, and green tea throughout the day.
for the overeating phase, i wasn't doing too well on my first few days cos id eat bread and other carbs, but i've fixed it up now. a salad with chicken/meat, or veggies w/meat like cauliflower/brocolli and meat. and also some vegetable soup like asparagus, etc..
