Because you have been very dehydrated and in the hospital for dehydration, I don’t recommend this flush for you. ( at this time) Try the Classic Coke Flush as it does not require Epson Salt. After your heart rate and anxiety return to normal, you can try Dr. Clark’s Lover Flush.

I know that you were told to not drink soda pop, but this is a one time deal and it will be better for you than the Epsom salt. ( at this time)

Magnesium Citrate can cause dehydration too so please make sure you are hydrated- plenty of electrolytes
