Because of your pre-existing skin issues,
you may consider doing some liver flushing
prior to doing the Master Cleanse~~

How is your digestion and elimination? If
you are having less than one BM per day you
would not be ready to Master-Cleanse and would benefit
from a designated Bowel Cleanse prior to your
Master Cleanse.

In preparation too, for MCing, be sure to
wean yourself from any caffeinated drinks~~

I cannot personally speak to gaining weight
because I lost and never regained all of it
back. If you make the commitment to yourself
to embrace better body maintenance and one
by one address issues like parasites and
yeast and do some liver flushing, oil-pulling,
combined with good dietary shifts, you can
find using the Master-Cleanse a great platform for life
style transition. If you keep studying here
on Curezone and other sources, you will find
many ways to help yourself regain your health
and feel good again.

I did my first Master Cleanse for 30 days since
they say it takes 28 days to integrate a new
behavior/habit. My first cleanse helped me
reset my *appestat* and also gave me the time
to examine my relationship with food and the
situations where I *use* it. I also learned that
I never drank enough plain water and so that was
and is one of my biggest lessons and one from
which I continue to benefit. Becoming adequately
hydrated is now a priority for me and was a big
piece of my own health puzzle.

Your research will come up with many ways to work
with keeping your progress going. It is important
to incorporate good plant oils in your diet and
so one I am using, besides hemp oil, is coconut
oil. It has been shown to contribute to weight loss
and I have found it does dampen my appetite and
my hair and skin are so much nicer.

My digestion and elimination remain good too. When
my BMs become sketchy, its time for a refresher MC.
I also found returning to the forum helps keep me focused
and motivated to be good, and also, using the lemonade
for some meal replacements also is beneficial to
keep you focused.
