Re: linseed for cleaning out the intestines?

hello

uhm well, i meant that imo Psyllium is more effective than linseed...

No wonder the P&B shakes contain it. But again, I'm dealing with candida, and its hard to get rid of, and psyllium (together with bentonite) is said to be very effective to drag it out of your bowels and so on.

As for how to eat linseed... I usually put them in my morning (homemade) yoghurt...

This was written by Jhan:
"- Linseed in oil: oil form – in a soy capsule. The REAL thing is the seed. The oil turns rancid awfully quickly, it is EXPENSIVE and you end up wasting half of it. So without the soy cap it’s a no go!
The seed form: is real nice, pre-grounded seed also waste quickly – you need the whole seed and a grinder (put sesame in the mix, with your morming yogurt. Yummy!
AND one more in cap form at other meals."
