By noting what plants you have growing wild you can tell what minerals are missing in you landscape, and by corollary, every plant accumulates particular minerals. So by encouraging plants to grow (and addingthe appropiate ingredient) for the missing spectra from your 'indicators' your soil will be rejuvenated and up to speed faster.

Also, noting what is missing from your 'Indicators' and adding the appropriate 'Accumulator' plants to your compost and mulches you are another step ahead.

Its funny with modern Allopathic medicine that most "weeds" are in fact Medicinal.
