You didn't ask ME, but I've had good luck with kudzu as a component in a program I concocted for restoring hair (I believe it has 5-alpha reductase inhibiting activity) and thought I'd offer a little info. The one I used is Solaray brand, the standardized root extract. Standardized extracts are better IMO becuase one has assurance of content. vitacost.com has good prices, imo
