The Autozap zaps top 5 worms only. If your worms are in the top 200 reactive items then zapping top 200 will include them.
I make mine go to the Worms Filter, bring down a tray and drag over all above 90 then load the entire tray and zap for 9 minutes.

BTW: She has lost her parasites as pets altitude by now :)
