Pics of Ankle Swelling - Before and After Mirena Removed!

I have another post "Took Mirena Out" but I thought I would show what my body was doing on Mirena and how it changed drastically over a period of 5 days once it was removed. It is like night and day. Don't let the doctors tell you that it is "in your head" or that your body is getting used to it. I had such severe water weight gain (not to mention the other side effects) that I just decided to take it out myself. My previous posts goes into more detail of the side effects I was experiencing. Thank God I only had this in for a month.

Friday afternoon (I removed my Mirena the night before). Here is a picture of my "kankles".




Saturday (picture of my ankle where I pushed down in my skin and it stayed that way).I wasn't even this swollen when I was pregnant.
