so you took it our yourself. I have been thinking about doing that as well but I have had mine since march 2008 and am worried that it could be embedded. I am on a very long waiting list for the health dept to have it removed, I really just want it out now and debate doing it everyday. Was is hard to remove? Did it hurt?
