Re: Liver enzymes

Auntie????

You KNOW that I adore you!!!!

BUT!!!!!

The link up there .... "patented" ... that turns herbs into processed "products"

Recommending that it be backed up by the medical community? You have got to be pulling my leg? Need I tell you I didn't read very far?

Herbs are FOOD.

A lost book of the bible is The Book of Herbs. Herbology has been around dang near as mankind.

Can a person eat too much of a single food? Absolutely. This is the very reason that I start my own new herbs one at a time and increase it slowly watching for changes in my body. If I get a negative response I cut back or cut out! I don't ask "how much" ... what's right for you could be 2Xs too much for me, or 1/2 of what my particular condition needs.

An excellent example is my recent negative experience with chlorella and/or iodine. I've cut both out til I get my liver healing back on track, then I'll add them back one at a time.

Hope you've read my threads on my experience with the Plzchuckle Hot Lemonade Flush. With the help of Docta Dennis, I've found what will work for me until I figure out this magnesium intolerance that I've been experincing when flushing.
