Re: Violate TOS = BAN ...except forum "owners"?

I so agree with Uny and if the same terms of
service do not apply to Forum Owners, they
should. As it is, they have the right to ban
folks from their forum and then if they are
allowed to bait and flame posters from inside
their forums, this is really a violation of
ethics and speaks to the general condition of
the Curezone site.

I was recently a target of a flaming and what
I realize now, is that I should have notified
the moderators AND the Webmaster sooner than
I did. This person also scanned my archived
posts and used any bone of contention to throw
at me, as well, did the bait and and switch such
that as soon as I had replied, he deleted or edited
his posts so they did not reflect what he had written.

So please, take this to the Webmaster and let us
know where the rest of us stand relative to our
*protection* against the kind of abuse you are
suffering, as well, what steps will be taken to
ensure that your rights are not being continually
violated.
