Re: Mirena removal: graphic pictures

Congrats! I'm glad they were able to get it out with minimal problems & that you can now relax & recover. I had an ultrasound last week to see where the Mirena is located (since they can't find the strings). It's still in my uterus thankfully, and I have an appointment next Monday to have it removed. I have to go to the OR & be put to sleep, but barring any complications, it should be an outpatient procedure. Wish me luck!
