in case it might help some one else.

I think I made a big mistake not having a pen for my Guineas to get used to before they were big enough to fly.

I had 29 birds when I put them in the pen. They stayed in it for two days and then they all flew out.

My neighbors all have fenced in yards with dogs in them. I've been told that some of the birds were killed by the dogs.

I think some must have gone in the woods. I only had six birds left. They were doing very good staying in my yard scouring the place for bugs. Now I only see five though.

That may be enough to do what I need though. They fly good when they want to. One was up on my roof the other day. I also saw a Hawk swoop down at them, but they got away. Tweet
