did the 'brestaurant' close? I know you were waiting to do HW until then. What day is the girls' birthday? You are getting ready for that, right?

Also, to the Iodine and oil, I am beginning to ingest oil again (Ts. of the ones I have now)and wondered if taking the Iodine in the oz or so of oil would be better than in water? What are your thoughts on that?

May 1st, I begin a cleanse...it is a combo of what I have read and seen and done, in the past year or so...LOL. It is time for me to 'move to the next phase' :D of my life and cleaning me out is a necessary way!
