Hey Lauren,
Welcome to the OP forum...home of the slick!
One thing you will want to do is read the background and basic OP protocol set forth on
http://www.oilpulling.com.
It's sunflower or sesame oil, 1x per day for 20 minutes. You will just swish the oil around your mouth as if you were swishing water to rinse at the dentist. I would try that for a couple of weeks and see what kind of results you get. It is a pretty powerful therapy and can have some very immediate detox reactions like breakouts, etc. -- those will clear up, but if the temptation is to stop, don't -- you want the "stuff" to get cleaned out of you, and if the temptation is to step it up in terms of frequency, that's up to you, but be aware that your body can only eliminate so much at once.
That said, coconut oil is anti-fungal, and you might want to try that at some point for your candida. Omega-3s are really good around eczema, and many pull with flax seed oil. One thing that I do is to mix some
Iodine in with whatever oil I have around and apply it topically, which has really made my skin softer and more supple.
Also, have you done a
parasite cleanse? Check out Humaworm's forum -- the
parasite cleanse is one of the first things that is recommended, and Humaworm has a great forum where you can ask questions and learn about
parasite die-off, etc. I finally ordered my Humaworm cleanse (though I have yet to do it -- waiting until my husband's exams are over), but I remember he talks about its being effective against candida (a fungus).
One thing I was told about skin conditions in general is that they ALWAYS indicate internal cleansing is in order. I know the
Liver Flush has been helpful for people with eczema/psoriasis, so you might want to check that out. I am a big fan of liver flushing.
Hope this is helpful, and look forward to hearing about your OP experiences...
Happy pulling,
Laura
