Thanks alot. so bascially you use these ingredients?

bayberry bark
eyebright herb
golden seal root
red raspberry leaves
1/8 part cayenne

I already have cayenne pepper and golden seal root as a tea. How bright and lighten did your brown eyes get? I started doing oil pulling two weeks ago and the whites of my eyes are white and i have this sudden glow to my skin. Real amazing!!
