after reading these forums for a while most seem to think cutting out or eating less of these food will decrease acne. cutting out Sugar and bad oils definatly help. i'm also going to start cutting out starches, grains, carbs and high protein.
the problem is i'm not entirly sure which foods come under these titles. i know the basics like potato is a starch but not all of them, can someone please outline which foods come under each..
