I'm not worried about the cravings---
I don't know how long I'll do it, but over the past couple of months I went from a heavy meat and cheese diet to veganism with a light sprinkling of vegetarianism. I'm interested in doing fruitarian for awhile and mixing it up with raw, and then splurging with vegan and vegetarian items. I've had meat twice in the past two months and I was really surprised-- I was expecting my stomach to go haywire and it didn't...I wonder why?
do you work out?
I'm worried about losing the weight in such a way that the skin looks flabby... any experience on this? I'm not a couch potato...I like to think of myself as having spurts of activity but for the most part I'm pretty kick back. :P
