OMG YOU SUFFERED THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE AS WELL :-( !!!

the thing is, a few years back i got deathly sick (that was how i found curezone and learned to cure myself) and some time during that period, i got horrible Acne for like 2-3 months, mostly on the temples of my face and the back of my shoulders -- but this time it's different - it's lasting much longer for one, and i'm not really getting any pimples on my body, just MY FACE BUT ALL OVER... like THE FOREHEAD/CHIN/MOUTH AREA/TEMPLES/CHEEKS... all major battle fields :-( was your Acne attack mostly on the face as well? and how long did it last..?

i'm doing a clay mask, an egg mask and steam every day just to avoid from becoming a total freak show... i've also cut coffee and most Sugar from my diet... but nothing has really made a difference.

the doctor said that i'm lacking in zinc and potassium, which might be the cause for the Acne and dry skin (i also get horrible itchy skin when it gets warmer)but it's no use taking supplements until i get rid of the parasites cos they would just leach the minerals off me anyway :-( !! i'm eating a lot of pumpkin seeds at the moment, since they've got lots of zinc and also they are suupposed to be great against parasites... i also got a bunch of organic apples yesterday -- planned to do apple flush but wasn't entirely sure if that was a good idea sinc ei'm taking paragone and some homeopathic medicine for parasites... so now i'm thinking perhaps i will just eat a few apples every day along with the pumpkin seeds, etc.

omg you survived on coffee and gum for months when you were young! i was pretty bad when i was younger as well -- used to eat tons of Sugar and drink soda! yuk!!!

anyway congratulations on surviving the acne attack... i've never had it this bad before IN MY LIFE... though i always had the odd pimple or two.... *sigh*

i also did like 23 Liver Flushes prior to getting the acne attack so go figure :-( i guess i need to do more liver flshes...

do you remember what kind of cleansing u did to get rid of the acne? btw, i totally understand about your 1000's pages of notes, cos i have the same problem... i collect and collect and never end up using any of the great information i collect cos it's just too much to go through them all....
